Our in-house expertise extends across teams in engineering, manufacturing, project management, quality and compliance, working together to solve complex and specialised drainage problems – big or small.
As part of NEPEAN Building & Infrastructure, Weldlok has well established manufacturing facilities in Sydney and Perth. Our capacity allows us to design and fabricate solutions at scale to assist councils, civil engineers, architects and drainage contractors with the correct fit-for-purpose product, including our Australian Made Weldlok forge-welded mild steel drainage grates or imported ductile iron drainage grates and covers.
Solutions are custom developed to project specifications, or can be designed on consultation including:
- Multi-part covers
- Irregular shapes
- Custom sizes
- Heavy multi-directional loading requiring diamond pattern grates
- Bike safe solutions
- Class A to G load ratings
Additionally, should a client require Weldlok custom grates can be load tested* in compliance with AS3996:2019 in our NATA-accredited facility (subject to conditions).
